• Demonstration of defibrillator use
• First aid in daily life

For 5 hours, the following additional topics can be chosen:

• Burns
• Fractures
• Cold injuries
• Poisoning
• Defibrillator exercise
• Traffic accidents
• Carpenter accidents
• Bleeding
• First aid for children
• Stroke
• Eye injury
• Fall injury
• Head injury
• Other topics upon request

The additional topics vary in length. Contact us for guidance and pricing. If desired, a 6th hour can also be chosen.

All course participants will receive a link to our digital first aid book. The instructor will issue course documentation to the participants after the course. All participants will also have the opportunity to receive a free monthly first aid tip via email, if they wish.

Each teaching hour lasts approximately 45 minutes with a 15-minute break. The teaching room should have ample floor space so that course participants can practice on CPR mannequins.

The course and course materials comply with recognized national guidelines.

NB! When booking a course online, the booking must be made two (2) weeks before the course date to allow us to coordinate with the instructor.

Travel, tolls, and parking fees apply. If the course is canceled less than 7 days before the course date, the full course cost will be invoiced.
