First aid courses in First aid courses are a valuable investment for companies that want to ensure a safer workplace, increase employees' skills and be equipped to deal with emergency situations quickly and efficiently. Being prepared for emergencies can minimize injuries and increase the chance of saving lives.

We recommend a standard Basic course (4 or 5 hours) if you have not attended a first aid course before, or if it has been more than 2 years since you last attended a course. If it has been less than 2 years since the last course, and all the participants know basic first aid and CPR, we recommend a refresher course (3 hours) which gives you a refresher on their first aid knowledge.

There can be up to 15 participants on the first aid courses. A course hour consists of 45 min teaching + 15 min break. This can be adapted by agreement with the instructor.
